Our Impact Report: 2019
Our Impact Report: 2019
MARCH 1, 2024
Looking back at our work over the past ten years, we feel we can speak honestly and with clarity about creating fine jewelry with integrity and the impact our industry has had on the larger world. We've made earnest efforts to elevate our standards through ethical and sustainable practice and have measured them for you to see. Our mission in this new decade is to raise the bar even higher–for our employees, our company, and the industry at large.
Ethical Sourcing
To limit our carbon footprint, we use a number of local resources, both for sourcing our range of conflict-free stones and the production of our fine jewelry. We are proud to work with New York-based companies and expert artisans, with whom we forge lasting partnerships.

Environmental Protection
The Earth is singular and our collective home. Our Recycled Gold and Reclaimed Diamond Meleé initatives help mitigate the disturbance of precious earth and the devastating effects of mining.

Sustainable Practice
With the commitment of our employees, we’ve made it a priority to reduce our consumption as much as possible through carbon offset initiatives, paper and plastic recycling, filtered water stations in every office, and partnerships with local composting programs. In all of our company operations, we seek out vendors and partners that share our values in an effect to make a broader impact.

Giveback Initiatives
Founded by Anna Sheffield and created in partnership with the New Mexico Community Foundation, the Future Heritage Fund was created with a mission to allocate monies to a range of non-profit organizations working to preserve the native culture and precious landscape of the American Southwest, which Anna also calls home. A minimum of 20% of all sales from our Future Heritage Collection directly benefits the fund.

Our Promise: 2020
Our planet needs our help now more than ever. In 2020, we have our sights set on advocating all of our existing efforts, innovating within our industry, and lifting up our peers to follow a new standard of practice.Goals in Progress:• Developing a circular polybag program for the transport of our goods• Reducing the size of our shipping and packaging materials• Sourcing 100% recycled and compostable materials for all packaging and company collateral
